02 — The visit
Once we arrive, we follow a clear process to make sure your Full Valet is carried out properly from start to finish. This service is designed for vehicles that need a deeper clean, covering the exterior, interior, steam cleaning, seat shampooing and carpet cleaning to help your vehicle feel fresh, clean and well cared for again.
How it works
1. We arrive and check the vehicle
We introduce ourselves, confirm the Full Valet service booked and carry out a quick walk-around with you. This helps us agree the starting condition before any work begins.
2. Exterior wash and wheels cleaned
The vehicle receives a safe exterior wash, wheels are cleaned, door shuts are wiped and the exterior is dried ready for the finishing touches.
3. Interior deep clean, steam and shampoo
The cabin is vacuumed, interior surfaces are cleaned, vents and storage areas are detailed, then seats and carpets are steam cleaned and shampooed where required.
4. Final finish and walk-around
Interior glass is cleaned, tyres are dressed, final details are checked and we walk you around the vehicle so you can see the result before we leave.
