What does specialist cleaning cover? Our specialist services include mould removal, spill and stain cleaning, odour and smoke treatment, and headlight restoration. These are targeted treatments for specific problems, rather than a standard inside-and-out valet. We’ll recommend the appropriate service after reviewing your enquiry.
How much does specialist cleaning cost? Specialist work is quoted individually based on the problem, affected area, condition and treatment required. Send us current photographs, your vehicle details and postcode so we can assess the work and provide a tailored quote. Some jobs may require an inspection before the price can be confirmed.
What information should I send for an assessment? Please include your vehicle registration, postcode, clear photographs and a description of the problem. Tell us when it started, what caused it if known, and whether any cleaning products or treatments have already been used. Include both close-ups and wider photographs showing the affected area.
Can every stain, odour or defect be completely removed? Not always. Some problems leave permanent staining, discolouration or material damage that cleaning cannot reverse. Headlight restoration also has limitations where damage is internal or the lens is cracked. We’ll explain the likely outcome and any limitations before agreeing to the work.
Can you treat mould if the vehicle still has a leak or damp problem? Please tell us about any known leaks or ongoing dampness before booking. Cleaning does not repair the cause of moisture, so this may need to be resolved before treatment. We’ll assess whether the job is suitable for our mobile service and discuss any additional work that may be needed.
Is ozone treatment included with odour removal? Ozone is not automatically included with every specialist clean. We’ll assess the likely source of the odour and recommend the cleaning and treatment required. If ozone forms part of the proposed service, we’ll explain this in your quote along with the arrangements for treatment and vehicle handover.
Do you need power, water and space at my address? Access to customer power and water is preferred and should be confirmed when enquiring. If either is unavailable, please tell us before booking so we can check whether we can accommodate the job. We also need suitable parking and enough space to work around the vehicle.
Can I book straight away, and how long will the work take? Please request an assessment before booking specialist work. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll confirm whether we can help, provide a quote and estimated duration, and discuss availability. Let us know about any deadlines, as drying or treatment time may affect when the vehicle can be used again.
