Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that all bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance. We understand plans may change, so we offer flexible options: Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation. If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to access issues, unsuitable conditions, or unexpected vehicle conditions (excess dirt, pet hair, mould, etc.), the appointment may be charged in full or moved to the next available slot with an adjustment cost.
