02 — The visit
Once we arrive, we follow a careful paint correction process designed to improve gloss, clarity and overall paint condition. This service focuses on reducing visible paint defects such as swirl marks, wash marks, holograms and dullness through single-stage or multi-stage machine polishing, depending on the condition of the vehicle.
How it works
1. We inspect the paintwork
We introduce ourselves, confirm the Paint Correction stage booked and inspect the paintwork under suitable lighting to identify swirl marks, wash marks, dull areas, deeper scratches and any panels that may need extra care.
2. Safe wash and decontamination
The vehicle receives a safe exterior wash before tar, fallout and bonded contamination are removed where required. This prepares the paint properly so polishing can be carried out more safely and effectively.
3. Paint correction stage
The paintwork is machine polished using either a single-stage or multi-stage correction process. This helps reduce visible defects, improve gloss and restore depth, while keeping the work realistic to the vehicle’s paint condition.
4. Protection and final walk-around
Once correction is complete, protection is applied to help preserve the finish. Final details are checked, the vehicle is inspected with you and we walk you around the result before we leave.
