Service Description
A detailed interior and exterior valet for vehicles being sold, traded in or returned at the end of a lease. Our Pre-Sale / End of Lease service is designed to improve the overall presentation of your vehicle before viewings, part-exchange, private sale or lease return. It focuses on making the vehicle cleaner, fresher and more presentable inside and out. Includes: Exterior safe wash, wheels cleaned, tyres dressed, door shuts wiped, exterior glass cleaned, clay bar decontamination, wax protection, interior vacuum, seats shampooed, carpets shampooed, steam cleaning, dashboard and plastics cleaned, vents and storage areas detailed, door cards cleaned, interior glass cleaned, leather cleaned/conditioned where required and headliner spot cleaning where safe to do so. Please note: This service helps improve cleanliness and presentation, but it does not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, odours, lease charges, damage reports or inspection findings. It does not include machine polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, mould treatment or heavy pet hair removal unless agreed separately. If your vehicle has heavy staining, excessive pet hair, mould, strong odours or visible damage, please message us before booking. Mobile service: We come to you across South Wales. Access to water is helpful, and access to power is appreciated, but we can bring water and run from a generator where required. Vehicle Size Guide Use the same section on every booking service: Small Car Fiesta, Corsa, Polo, Mini, Yaris, Fiat 500 or similar. Medium Car Golf, Focus, A-Class, 1 Series, Qashqai, Leon, Corolla or similar. Large Car / SUV BMW 3/5 Series, Audi A4/A6, Mercedes C/E-Class, Tiguan, Sportage, Tucson, Range Rover Evoque or similar. Extra Large / 7 Seater / Van Discovery, XC90, Transporter, Transit, Vivaro, Sharan, Galaxy, large SUVs, vans and 7 seaters. Unsure on size? Choose the closest option or message us before booking. If the wrong size is selected, the booking price may need to be adjusted before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that all bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance. We understand plans may change, so we offer flexible options: Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation. If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to access issues, unsuitable conditions, or unexpected vehicle conditions (excess dirt, pet hair, mould, etc.), the appointment may be charged in full or moved to the next available slot with an adjustment cost.
