02 — The visit
Once we arrive, we follow a careful exterior cleaning process designed to remove road grime, improve gloss and apply a protective wax finish. This service is ideal when the outside of your vehicle needs more than a basic wash, with paintwork decontamination and protection included as part of our mobile Wash & Wax service across South Wales.
How it works
1. We arrive and check the vehicle
We introduce ourselves, confirm the Wash & Wax service booked and carry out a quick walk-around to check the paintwork, wheels and exterior condition before any work begins.
2. Pre-wash and exterior wash
The vehicle is pre-washed to loosen dirt and road film before a safe contact wash is carried out. This helps reduce the risk of wash marks while cleaning the exterior properly.
3. Paintwork decontamination
The paintwork is treated with a clay bar decontamination process to help remove bonded contamination that a normal wash will not fully remove, leaving the surface cleaner and smoother.
4. Wax, glass and final finish
A wax is applied to add gloss and short-term protection. The vehicle is then dried, exterior glass is cleaned and the final details are checked before we walk you around the vehicle.
