02 — The visit
Once we arrive, we follow a careful preparation and protection process designed for new and nearly new vehicles. Our New Car Protection service safely cleans, prepares and protects key exterior surfaces early, helping improve gloss, water behaviour and ease of maintenance from the start of ownership.
How it works
1. We arrive and inspect the vehicle
We introduce ourselves, confirm the New Car Protection package booked and inspect the paintwork, glass, wheels and key exterior areas before any preparation begins.
2. Safe wash and surface preparation
The vehicle receives a safe exterior wash to remove light dirt, road film and dealership residue. The paintwork is then checked for light contamination before protection is applied.
3. Decontamination and paintwork preparation
Where required, light tar, fallout or bonded contamination is removed to create a cleaner surface. If the vehicle needs light polishing or correction before protection, we will discuss this with you first.
4. Protection and final walk-around
Protection is applied to the agreed surfaces, helping improve gloss, water behaviour and future maintenance. Final details are checked and we walk you around the vehicle before we leave.

By vehicle size
Your New Car Protection price is confirmed before the booking is agreed, based on vehicle size, paintwork condition and the protection package selected. This service is designed for new and nearly new vehicles, but some cars may still need light decontamination, polishing or correction before protection is applied. If extra preparation is needed, we will discuss this with you first — so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
