What is included in a Full Valet? Our Full Valet includes everything from the Essential Valet, with additional deep-cleaning work. This includes interior steam cleaning, seats and carpets shampooed where suitable, a thorough vacuum and interior clean, wheels and exterior washing, iron fallout decontamination and Infinity Wax Boost sealant for exterior protection.
What is the difference between the Essential Valet and Full Valet? The Essential Valet is designed for vehicles in normally maintained condition that need routine inside-and-out cleaning. The Full Valet is the next step up and is intended for vehicles that have not been thoroughly cleaned for some time or need additional attention such as seat and carpet shampooing, steam cleaning and exterior fallout removal.
How long does a Full Valet take? Most Full Valets take approximately 3–5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Smaller vehicles may be completed sooner, while large SUVs and seven-seaters can require additional time. We focus on completing the service properly rather than rushing to a fixed time.
Can you remove stains from my seats and carpets? We shampoo and extract seats and carpets where suitable and will make a reasonable attempt to improve staining. Some stains may be permanent due to their age, the material affected or previous cleaning attempts, so complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Is pet hair, mould or a very heavily soiled interior included? Normal amounts of everyday dirt and debris are covered, but excessive pet hair, mould removal and specialist contamination are not included within the standard Full Valet. If you are unsure about your vehicle's condition, send us a few current photographs and we can recommend the most suitable service before your appointment.
Does the Full Valet include paint protection? Yes. After the exterior has been cleaned and decontaminated, we apply Infinity Wax Boost sealant, providing up to approximately three months of exterior protection, depending on mileage, weather, washing methods and how the vehicle is used.
Does a Full Valet include machine polishing or ceramic coating? No. Machine polishing, paint correction and ceramic coatings are separate detailing services because they require additional preparation, equipment and working time. The Full Valet concentrates on thoroughly cleaning, decontaminating and protecting the vehicle rather than correcting defects in the paintwork.
Do you come to my home or workplace for the Full Valet? Yes. Last Detailers provides a mobile Full Valet service across South Wales, carried out at your home or workplace where suitable. We normally use access to water and electricity at the property where available. If this may be difficult at your location, contact us before booking and we can confirm what is required.
