02 — The visit
How it works
Once we arrive, we follow a clear process to prepare your vehicle for sale, part-exchange or lease return. The service is designed to improve presentation, refresh the interior and clean the key areas buyers, dealerships and lease inspectors are most likely to notice.
1. Vehicle check and service confirmation
We introduce ourselves, confirm the service booked and carry out a quick walk-around with you so we can check the vehicle’s starting condition before any work begins.
2. Interior deep clean and shampoo
The interior is vacuumed, seats and carpets are shampooed, key touch points are cleaned, vents, cup holders and storage areas are detailed, and leather is conditioned where required.
3. Exterior wash, decontamination and wax
The vehicle receives a safe exterior wash, wheels are cleaned, paintwork is decontaminated, exterior glass is cleaned and a wax is applied to improve gloss and presentation.
4. Final details and walk-around
Door shuts, tyres, glass and finishing details are checked before we walk you around the vehicle so you can see the result before we leave.

If the vehicle has heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, staining, mould, strong odours or areas that need extra attention, we’ll discuss this with you first — so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
